Ripple Women’s Digital Health Challenge

The Attune team entered the Ripple Women’s Digital Health Challenge 2025 which aims to facilitate the development of digital solutions to address key priorities in women's health. After a competitive 3 round process, we were successful in our bid to develop a digital, self-compassion app to support women's body image. Louise will now join a cohort that will access the Cogniss app development programme and receive support to develop the self-compassion app targeting body image as a key area of women's health.
This self-compassion app will form the first part of the broader Attune intervention. It will act as a model for how the remaining programme components will be structured, delivered, and integrated. Cogniss will host the self-compassion app on their 'super app' where women will be able to access it and provide feedback. We will also have the opportunity to test some novel features (e.g., progress tracking, chatbots) that we hope will facilitate more personalised approaches to building positive body image.
Officially started in February, the cohort are advancing well and apps are slated for pilot testing in Autumn 2026.
